The conditions described here can be applied to the sale of all items, which can be found on the INDAH-DESIGN website.

The costs of shipping are at the expense of the customer, but once it has been received and checked, we will send the modified product free of charge.

 The return shipment  always applies that the product must be complete and in the original packaging and without being damaged.

Damaged or used products are not applicable for reimbursement.

After we have received the goods and verified their perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund of the amount according to the modality of payment by the customer

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days according to destination. However, INDAH-DESIGN is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services.
